What is SLP?

Attractel's Service Line Platform (SLP) is a very flexible web-based solution, specifically useful for Service Providers, offering value-added services, or hotlines, such as

How it works

You may choose to customize the way the incoming calls are being handled (welcoming message, IVR, priority of agents answering, etc.). SLP automates the whole process in which the incoming call reaches its final destination, i.e. the agent, according to your needs. It can take unlimited service lines (numbers), which can all be entered in an instant.

And after all is set up, with incoming calls you will be able to check various statistics , including performance of agents and services, individual and overall for certain periods (both defined and customized). Apart from that, SLP can easily calculate your revenues , again for different periods (a day, a month, a chosen period of time, etc). Administrators and resellers can view statistics of all information conceivable, including times and periods of incoming calls, (successful, effective, etc.), performance of agents, revenues, all for different and easy to specify time periods. You can choose to record calls to suit any purpose you might think of (training, customer requirements, etc.)

SLP uses a certain logic model, which could basically be described like this: everyone can control and view his share of the whole process. This means that an agent has rights and access limited to his tasks and performance; resellers have control over their agents and finally, administrators can monitor the whole process(es) and manage the entire system, indulging every little requirement the management staff might impose. This logic model can be customized to befit perfectly any environment.
